The Club Experience 2009

The Club Experience provides an excellent opportunity for ALL members to experience the various aspects involved in the life of UTSC. Over 150 members have enjoyed The Club Experience to date.  Even the Commodore and Committee members admit to having learned something! The operation of the safety boats is explained and demonstrated; race management  from course setting to starting and result calculation will all be explained with an opportunity to practice the skills needed; and finally the management of the Club, including a fun quiz,  and operation of the bar will be explained.

Although some members have been in the Club for many years, there are still  things to learn and questions to be asked. You will need to bring warm clothes and buoyancy aids if you have them. Also bring a picnic lunch. Tea or coffee will be provided and the bar will be open at lunchtime.

2010 dates currently scheduled are 20th March and 15th May  and 23 October. Sign-up sheets will be available in the clubhouse so get your names down early as places are limited each Saturday.
