Merlin Rocket Open 2022 - 11/12 September

On Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th September the annual Merlin Rocket Open meeting will take place at the club with crews competing for the De May Vintage Series and Spade Oak Bowl on the Saturday and the Thames Series Allen Challenge Cup on the Sunday.

Racing on both days will start at approximately 11am.

The club's Merlin Open is always a spectacular and fiercely competed weekend of sailing and always attracts a high quality fleet. For information about the event, the Notice of Race and Sailing Instructions can be found here.

On Saturday evening there will be a Caribbean Buffet meal for the event participants and club members.

TO ENTER AN OPEN MEETING and BOOK MEALS

Non Members of UTSC

You will need to create an account first on the www.utsc.org.uk home screen by selecting 'Login' from the top line and then 'Create an account now'. If you have entered online in previous years you will still have a login. If you have forgotten your password you can request a new one by following the 'Forgotten password link'.

Members

Please login first. Go to the 'Book Online' page of the UTSC website (www.utsc.org.uk) and select Open Meeting.

All

Select the ticket you require by ticking the small box, select how many tickets you need and add them to your cart. For each new event or sailing entry repeat the process adding them to your cart each time.

When you have finished go to your basket (top right hand of page). Check your entries are correct. Then select 'Payment' in the green box then 'Pay using Bank Transfer' in red box and then at the bottom click 'Yes, I agree, create order'. In a few moments the words 'your order is complete' will appear.

An email of your booking details will be emailed to you.

Your invoice will be available to view in the members area of the website under 'invoices'. It will also be sent to you after a few days. Please transfer the payment to the UTSC bank account identified on the invoice.
