BEW 2024 Sunday: Cocktails, Dinner & Dancing

Start off your evening at the famous Bourne End Week gin cocktail party in the marquee, 18:30 to 19:30, followed by a varied two-course buffet dinner and dancing to live music.

We welcome back Truly Scrumptious, a popular local caterer, to provide us a memorable evening of culinary delights in the marquee. (See ticket details for the menu). The dress for this occasion is smart.

Online advance booking will close on Sunday 19/05/24 at 23.59. Please ensure you give any dietary requirements here as our caterer may not be able to accommodate these for late bookings. Advance bookings will create an invoice to be paid to UTSC.

Please note: Prices shown are for on-line bookings. Bookings after the booking deadline are subject to availability, caterer discretion and a price increase (£27 buffet).
