Discover Racing - Members Only
If you have basic sailing skills and would like to try your hand at club racing, this course might be for you. It aims to cover the basic practicalities of racing at UTSC with the hope of encouraging the hesitant to give it a go.
Participation is open to all members with basic skills fun sailors, cadets, new members, those who have raced in the past or elsewhere but are rusty and current participants in club racing who wish to progress.
Please see the Calendar for the dates of the Discover Racing training. You do not have attended previous Discover Racing training sessions to attend these courses.

Participants will be expected to have their boat (or a club boat) ready to launch at 19.00h. The session will begin with a briefing of approximately 30 minutes in the clubhouse followed by practice starts and short races.
There will be box and safety boat teams.
