How to use on-line booking


Non Members of UTSC

You will need to create an account first on the home screen by selecting 'Login' from the top line and then 'Create an account now'. If you have entered online in previous years you will still have a login. If you have forgotten your password you can request a new one by following the 'Forgotten password link'.


Please login first. Go to the 'Book Online' page of the UTSC website ( and select Open Meeting.


Select the ticket you require by ticking the small box, select how many tickets you need and add them to your cart. For each new event or sailing entry repeat the process adding them to your cart each time.

When you have finished go to your basket (top right hand of page). Check your entries are correct. Then select 'Payment' in the green box then 'Pay using Bank Transfer' in red box and then at the bottom click 'Yes, I agree, create order'. In a few moments the words 'your order is complete' will appear.

An email of your booking details will be emailed to you.

Your invoice will be available to view in the members area of the website under 'invoices'. It will also be sent to you after a few days. Please transfer the payment to the UTSC bank account identified on the invoice.
