Notice of AGM to be held 31 October 2021

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Upper Thames Sailing Club is to be held on Sunday, 31st October 2021 at 4.00 pm in the Clubhouse. The Commodore and Officers of the Club cordially invite you to attend the meeting. Your attendance is encouraged as it is your opportunity to hear about the work of the Officers and Committees of the Club, to ask questions and to provide comments.
The annual Prize Giving will be held at 2.30pm, followed by a short tea interval, after which the AGM is due to start at 4pm
The Commodore and her Officers look forward to seeing you all.
