Sprint racing this Sunday starting at 14.00

Last weekend saw the second day of the Upper Thames Sailing Club's Merlin Rocket open meeting limited to just the Saturday with the Sunday racing abandoned due to a lack of wind.

This weekend sees the club's sprint racing event starting at 14.00 on Sunday. This involves a number of short races, with the emphasis on getting good starts to stand the best chance of a good result. The races can be viewed from the Thames path on the Bucks side of the river, and Spade Oak Reach on the Berks bank.

UTSC welcomes new members at our family-friendly club, whether they be experienced sailors or complete beginners, individuals, couples or families.
