BEW Priority List now open for non-members

Bourne End Week will follow approximately the same programme as previous years with a good social programme. But all of this will be subject to any Coronavirus restrictions in place at the time.

Demand for places is expected to be high, and we may need to limit entry numbers. UTSC members are guaranteed places and do not need to do anything now, but for non-members only we are introducing an expression of interest list for those non-members who would like to enter. If you know of any non-member who might be interested, please tell/email them the following

Until we are sure that the event will be allowed to be held (and the restrictions that might be in place at the time), rather than taking bookings now we have opened an expression of interest list for those of you that would like to enter. This priority list for booking is limited in number so if you are interested in entering, please add you name to the list now.

By booking an expression of interest entry you will be given one week to confirm the actual BEW booking on the system before these are generally available to others. The exact detail of this will be communicated in an email before entries open up to everyone else. At the end of this week the expression of interest reservation will cease to be effective and any remaining places will be opened up to general booking. This initial priority list will be limited to the first that register up to a maximum number per class as determined by the club.

If you already have an account with UTSC please login with your email and password (there is a forgotten password link) or if you do not have an account you can create one by selecting 'create an account now' on the UTSC login page. Then please go to 'Book Online' and 'BEW'.

To cancel a booking please select the 'Cancel' against your name on the list of bookings.
